❤ Pre orders - Where's my stuff!

If you pre ordered, please note that there might be delays sometimes with production and shipping times are not guaranteed. We will do our best to e-mail updates if anything is delayed so please check the box when fulfilling your order. We also have a pre order update page you can check periodically ❤

❤ Shipping info
All items will be shipped once to twice a week. We are a small business run by a mighty team of one! (me). It will take 3-5 business days to process your order. Please be patient because I am hand packing every order. 

We are currently shipping internationally! Please note international orders do take a bit of time. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties from their home country. Please be patient with international orders as they take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive.

❤ Wrong Address
The buyer is fully responsible for filling out a correct mailing address. If an error is made on our end, please reach out and we will attempt to redeliver / adjust.

If your order is shipped and you have entered your shipping address incorrectly you can contact USPS to intercept your package.

❤ Returns & Cancellation
All sales are final. At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you are missing a product please reach out and we will attempt to correct.

❤ I received a damaged item!
We do our best to quality check all our products. Please note that everything is hand made. If you received something damaged, please contact us with your order # & a picture and we will send a replacement

❤ Disclaimer
Each item is custom designed or created at the Maison Peaches Studio in San Francisco! With that said, our products can potentially come with very minor slight imperfections. All products are hand made 

❤ Free Gifts?

Sometimes I will send free gifts with orders or free gifts will be included as part of a promotion. These gifts are limited & not guaranteed. Some of the gifts does include candy and we are not responsible for consumption. 

❤ Pin Grades

“Standard”
Very slight imperfections but most are generally undetectable
Imperfections that are only visible up close or when held in the light such as
Tiny air bubbles
Small dust in the enamel

“Seconds”
Pins that can generally still be worn but will have more minor imperfections
Discoloration/scratches/low fill/dust in the Enamel
Imperfectly cut metal
Wobbly Post / Odd shaped rubber backings (that are still functional)
